Launched earlier this year, Gordon’s commissioned us to develop a new customer focused web experience. The aims of the new Gordons Direct website are to:
- Increase sales by improving the conversion rate of the website through improved navigation and design.
- Provide a web solution which offered more extensive and flexible management tools.
- Increase volume of new traffic to the website and maintain and grow Gordon’s existing customer base.
- Align new website with corporate branding to ensure the consistency and integrity of this household brand name.
- Become a leader within the retail pharmacy and beauty sector in social media.
