Marketing that is supported by a strategic approach is best placed to deliver results. We worked with Quell when they were known as “Blue Training Solutions” and they delivered a broad remit of security training. The strategic marketing team identified the issue which was; what Quell offers sits way and above many training providers.
In short, they were Ireland’s only accredited training provider in dealing with work place violence and conflict. The opportunity was presented to the company to “own” this space in the market. However, their identity of Blue Training Services left them in the mix with all other training providers. After a well considered consultative process, Quell was launched in April 2010.
