We were delighted this month when Tesco (Ireland) asked us to do further work on enhancing their social media presence. We first started working as Tesco (Ireland)’s social media partner back in June 2011 when we were tasked with designing and launching their Facebook presence, including welcome page and sub-pages covering; Tesco Clubcard, Your Local Store, Community, Baby and Toddler, Ladies GAA, and Schools and Clubs.
Initial results were impressive with over 3000 likes on Facebook in the first few months since launch. Alison McElroy, Tesco (Ireland)’s Online & Local Marketing Manager commented; “…. We couldn’t be happier …both in terms of account management throughout and the end result. Our Facebook profile was designed and developed to the exact specification and launched within a two week timeframe. The strength of the creative was approved for POS and recently rolled out throughout our network of stores in Ireland”.
This time around we are developing a new sub-page which will promote the vast range of Irish suppliers of fresh produce to Tesco (Ireland).
We are privileged to work with Ireland’s largest grocery retailer and look forward to rolling out this latest project.
